- ½ cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 large cucumber
- ½ bunch fresh kale
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- 2 large celery stalks
- ½ cup pineapple chunks
- 1 (½-inch) piece fresh ginger, peeled
- ¼ of lemon, peeled and seeded
- Ice as required
Instructions
- In a Cold Press Juice, lace all ingredients and extract the juice according to manufacturer’s instructions.
- Transfer into a serving glass over ice and serve immediately.
